穿层瓦斯抽采钻孔有效性评价与二次堵漏技术研究

    为解决底抽巷穿层钻孔瓦斯抽采浓度衰减快、浓度低的问题,以河南平顶山十矿己15-17-33190工作面为研究对象,研发了定点漏气检测装置,并采用了绝对漏风率指标,提出了一套钻孔瓦斯漏气的定量评价标准,以判定钻孔密封质量,从而确定“有效孔”。针对失效钻孔,提出并应用了破孔堵漏修复技术。对注浆修复后的瓦斯抽采钻孔进行检测与分析,结果表明:在距离孔口19.5m以外的测点,平均瓦斯浓度达到70%以上,在距离孔口15m到19.5m的区间范围内,瓦斯浓度随着与孔口距离的减少而显著降低。15m以内漏气位置不明显,二次修复区段可确定为15~19.5m。修复后钻孔瓦斯浓度提升1~3倍,孔口瓦斯浓度达到52%~72%。瓦斯纯量提升超过1倍。提出的钻孔瓦斯漏气评价方法与修复技术为瓦斯治理提供了参考依据。
  • Abstract
    In order to solve the problems of fast attenuation and low concentration of gas extraction in the bottom extraction roadway.The research focuses on the working face 15-17-33190 of the Pingdingshan No.10Mine in Henan Province.A dedicated gas leakage detection device is developed and an absolute leakage rateindex is employed.A quantitative evaluation standard for gas leakage in boreholes is established to assess thesealing quality and determine “effective boreholes”.For ineffective boreholes,a hole-plugging and leakage-repairing technology is proposed and applied.Post - grouting repairs are inspected and analyzed for gasdrainage boreholes.Results indicate that at measurement points 19.5 meters away from the borehole mouth,the average gas concentration exceeded 70%.Within the range of 15 meters to 19.5 meters from the boreholemouth,gas concentration decreased significantly with proximity to the mouth.Leakage within 15 meters is notprominent,defining the repair segment as 15 to 19.5 meters.After repairs,gas concentration in the boreholesincreased by 1 to 3 times,with gas concentrations at the borehole mouth reaching 52% to 72%.The gas purityis increased by more than 1 times.The proposed evaluation method and repair technology of drilling gas leakage provide a reference basis for gas control.
