摘要
厚煤层大采高工作面回采过程中时常发生片帮冒顶事故,在周期来压期间更为严重。以沙曲矿24208大采高工作面为工程背景,综合运用现场监测、理论分析和数值模拟等方法,分析造成工作面片帮冒顶的主要诱因,提出相应的防范和控制措施。结果表明,直接顶的垮落对工作面影响明显,支架载荷增大,与基本顶来压时的支架载荷相近,引起工作面不同程度的片帮冒顶;支架支护强度、截深和推进速度是造成大采高工作面片帮冒顶的主要影响因素,提出了增大支架支护强度和初撑力、控制截深和加快推进速度的防治措施,同时将劳动制度由原来的‘六—六—十二制’改为‘四—六制’,有效改善了工作面的顶板下沉和片帮冒顶情况。

Abstract
During the mining process of thick coal seams with high mining height,rib spalling and roof fall accidents often occur,and are more severe during the period of periodic pressure.Taking the 24208 high miningheight working face of Shaqu Mine as the engineering background,comprehensive methods such as on-site monitoring,theoretical analysis,and numerical simulation are used to analyze the main causes of rib spalling androof fall at the working face,and corresponding prevention and control measures are proposed.The results showthat the collapse of the direct roof has a significant impact on the working face,increasing the support load ofthe support,which is close to the support load when the basic roof is under pressure,causing varying degrees ofrib spalling and roof fall at the working face;the support strength of the support,the cutting depth,and the advance speed are the main factors affecting the rib spalling and roof fall at the high mining height working face.Measures to increase the support strength and initial support force,control the cutting depth,and accelerate theadvance speed have been proposed.At the same time,the labor system has been changed from the original six- six-twelve system to the four-six system,effectively improving the sinking of the roof and the rib spalling androof fall situation at the working face.
