    在评价通则基础上,引入知识管理理论、知识图谱方法,更好地对标GB/T45001,是一个值得探索的领域。通过比较分析法与实例分析法发现:知识图谱、国标GB/T45001、评价通则三者,要素相似、流程相近、体系相通;对照国标GB/T45001,可以从要素角度增强安全评价指标体系的完整性;引入知识图谱,可以从流程角度增益安全管理的合理性;基于知识图谱,可以梳理瓦斯抽采达标评判指标体系中所涉及的流程,构建瓦斯抽采达标评判指标体系。该研究揭示了融合知识图谱、国标GB/T45001开展安全评价的基本原理,验证了根据此基本原理进行具体安全评价指标体系构建的可行性。研究成果有助于提高安全评价指标体系构建的科学性,同时为瓦斯抽采达标评判办法的修订完善提供理论依据。
  • Abstract
    It is of great significance to combine the evaluation criteria with knowledge management theory,knowledge graph methods, etc.in order to better benchmark GB / T45001.Through comparative analysis andcase analysis, it was found that knowledge graphs, GB / T45001, and evaluation criteria share similar elements, processes, and systems.By comparing with GB / T45001, the integrity of the safety evaluation indexsystem can be enhanced from the perspective of elements.Introducing knowledge graphs can enhance the integration of security management from a process perspective.Based on the knowledge map, the processes involved in the judgement index system can be sorted out, and the judgement index system for gas extractioncompliance can be constructed.This article reveals the basic principles of integrating knowledge graphs andGB / T45001 for conducting safety evaluations, and verifies the feasibility of using them to construct a specificsafety evaluation index system.This achievement helps to improve the scientificity of the construction of thesafety evaluation index system, and provides a theoretical basis for the revision and improvement of the gas extraction standard evaluation method.
