    随着国家地震烈度速报与预警项目、防震减灾信息化工程等重点项目的建设,我国地震台网规模不断扩大,各省局台网的工作内容和流程、地震数据、业务系统、人员分配等都产生了巨大变化。本文以北京地震台网为例介绍了建设地震预警与速报值守有效融合机制的思路、实施过程和成效。北京地震台地震预警与速报值守融合机制包括:数据资源融合、人员融合、震情值守融合、日常工作融合、制度建设和业务培训,解决了目前的人员紧缺、业务系统多个并行、数据量繁多、工作任务重和时效要求高等问题。
  • Abstract
    With the construction of key projects such as the national earthquake intensity quick report and earlywarning project, and the earthquake preparedness and disaster reduction informatization project, the scale ofChina's seismic network has continued to expand.The work content and process, seismic data, business systems, and personnel allocation of various provincial bureau networks have undergone significant changes.Hereis an introduction about construction idea, implementation process and effect of constructing effective integration mechanism of earthquake early warning and quick reporting on duty in Beijing Earthquake Station.Theintegration mechanism of earthquake early warning and quick reporting on duty of Beijing Earthquake Stationincludes: data resource integration, personnel integration, earthquake on-duty integration, daily work integration, system construction and professional training, which solves the current problems of personnel shortage,multiple parallel business systems, large amount of data, heavy work tasks and high timeliness requirements.
