京津冀地区针对《“十四五”国家应急体系规划》出台了相应的应急管理政策法规。使用质性研究工具Nvivo分析了京津冀地区的应急管理政策重点。研究显示,京津冀地区应急管理政策重点主要集中在安全、生产、管理、工作、企业、人员六大主题上。选择性编码主题分布特征对比分析表明京津冀地区三地的应急管理政策存在区域性的差异,天津市在政策制定与管理方面最为突出。根据研究结果,对京津冀地区应急管理政策提出了优化建议。为应急语言服务研究提供了新的研究范式。

The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has issued corresponding emergency management policies andregulations in response to the 14th Five-Year Plan for the National Emergency Response System.The Research shows that the emergency management policy in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region mainly focuses onsafety, production, management, work, enterprises and personnel.The comparative analysis of thedistribution characteristics of selective coding themes shows that there are regional differences in emergencymanagement policies in the region, and Tianjin is the most prominent in policy formulation and management.Based on the research results, this paper puts forward suggestions for optimizing the emergency managementpolicy in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.The study provides a new research paradigm for emergency language service research.
