  • 摘要
    为了增大卡轨车的运输能力,拓宽卡轨车的应用范围,本文设计了KSP-120/250P无极绳普轨半卡卡轨车系统。通过对无极绳普轨半卡卡轨车设计思路的阐述,确定了卡轨车的牵引力和牵引速度,由牵引力和牵引速度推导计算了其运输能力,并对卡轨车的关键零部件进行了创新性设计,设计了液力推杆制动器+盘式制动器的绞车双重安全制动装置,设计了液压张紧装置,实现了钢丝绳的自动张紧功能,设计了牵引储绳制动车,将牵引、储绳、制动功能集于一体,增加了牵引车运行的稳定性,设计了普轨半卡的弯护轨卡轨轮结构,降低了卡轨车安装成本,保障了卡轨车弯道运行的安全性,该卡轨车系统在冀中能源的邢台矿区及峰峰矿区推广应用后效果良好。
  • Abstract
    In order to increase the transport capacity of the railcar and broaden the application range of the railcar, the KSP-120 / 250P endless rope half railcar system is designed. The traction force and traction speed of the rail-truck are determined by expounding the design idea of the endless-rope common-rail semi-truck. The transportation capacity is calculated from the traction force and traction speed. The key components of the rail-truck are innovatively designed. The winch dual safety braking device of the hydraulic push rod brake + disc brake is designed. The hydraulic tensioning device is designed to realize the automatic tensioning function of the wire rope. The traction rope storage brake vehicle is designed to integrate the traction, rope storage and braking functions, which increases the stability of the tractor operation. The structure of the curved rail-truck of the common-rail semi-truck is designed to reduce the installation cost of the rail-truck. The safety of the railcar running in the curve, the railcar system has a good effect after being popularized and applied in the Fengfeng mining area of Xingtai mining area of Jizhong energy.
