    为了提高煤矿井下无极绳卡轨车运输的安全性,设计了一种新型矿用普轨全卡液压制动牵引车。通过分析目前无极绳牵引车存在的问题,有针对性地设计了普轨全卡液压制动牵引车的卡轨轮组件、液压控制系统、液压抱闸装置以及普轨改造方案,解决了无极绳牵引车脱轨掉道问题和断绳跑车安全制动问题。该新型矿用普轨全卡液压制动牵引车保障了无极绳卡轨车的运输安全,也为下一步的无极绳卡轨车智能化升级提供了必要的技术基础。
  • Abstract
    In order to improve the safety of coal mine endless rope rail truck transportation, a new type of mine common rail full-truck hydraulic brake tractor is designed. By analyzing the existing problems of endless rope tractor, the rail wheel assembly, hydraulic control system, hydraulic brake device and common rail transformation scheme of common rail full-truck hydraulic brake tractor are designed pertinently, which solves the problem of derailment of endless rope tractor and the problem of safe braking of broken rope sports car. The new type of mine common rail full card hydraulic brake tractor ensures the transportation safety of the endless rope rail truck, and also provides the necessary technical basis for the next intelligent upgrade of the endless rope rail truck.
