Study on filling body width in gob-side entry retaining in No.E1302 Face of Gaohe Mine

针对高河煤矿3号煤层厚度大,留设区段保护煤柱浪费大量煤炭资源的问题,提出采用沿空留巷技术提高煤炭资源回收率。采用理论分析、工程类比及数值模拟的方法,确定了合理的巷旁充填体宽度为1.5 m。选择在E1302轨道巷进行现场试验,巷道围岩变形量监测数据显示,当充填体宽度为1.5 m时,巷道围岩变形量不大,充填体无明显变形,可以满足下一工作面的安全生产需求。
In response to the problem of large thickness of the 3# coal seam in Gaohe Mine and a large amount of coal resources waste by setting up section protection coal pillars, it was proposed to adopt the technology of gob-side entry retaining to improve the coal resource recovery rate. By using theoretical analysis, engineering analogy, and numerical simulation methods, a reasonable width of 1.5m for the filling body next to the roadway was determined. The on-site test was conducted in No.E1302 track roadway, and the monitoring data of the deformation of the surrounding rock in the roadway showed that when the width of the filling body was 1.5m, the deformation of the surrounding rock in the roadway was not significant, and there was no obvious deformation in the filling body, which could meet the safety production needs of the next working face.
