Technical practice of directional pre-splitting blasting roof cutting gob-side entry retaining

为降低巷道掘进率,回收区段保护煤柱资源,章村矿在3113工作面运煤巷开展了定向预裂爆破切顶沿空留巷技术的研究。结合工作面的地质生产条件,采用理论计算的方式确定了切顶角度、高度和钻孔间距等主要参数,同时制定了分阶段围岩控制方案。现场应用表明,爆破切顶后,巷道变形量减小,经济效益显著。
In order to reduce the tunneling rate of roadway and recover the coal pillar resources in the section, Zhangcun Mine carried out the research on the technology of directional pre-splitting blasting roof cutting and gob-side entry retaining in the coal roadway of 3113 working face. Combined with the geological production conditions of the working face, the main parameters such as roof cutting angle, height and borehole spacing were determined by theoretical calculation, and the phased surrounding rock control scheme was formulated. The field application shows that after blasting roof cutting, the deformation of roadway is reduced, and the economic benefit is remarkable.
