Research on circulating through hole technology of large diameter deep well

针对邢东矿大口径矸石投料孔堵塞后通孔施工过程中存在钻进排渣难、碎岩效率低的问题 ,本文研究了大口径循环钻进技术,分析了建立泥浆循环的基本条件,基于孔内矸石存在状态的不均一性,利用螺杆做为动力配备自行研制的新型旋翼钻头进行钻进。通过实践证明,该方法可建立维持循环通道,排渣效果好,钻进效率高,可推广应用于煤矿大口径钻孔堵塞后通孔施工及大口径钻孔快速钻进。
In view of the problems of difficult drilling and low rock breaking efficiency in the construction process of large-diameter gangue feeding hole in Xingdong Mine, this paper studies the large-diameter circulating drilling technology and analyzes the basic conditions for establishing mud circulation. Based on the inhomogeneity of the existing state of gangue in the hole, the screw is used as the power to be equipped with a self-developed new rotor bit for drilling. Practice has proved that this method can establish a maintenance circulation channel, with good slag discharge effect and high drilling efficiency. It can be popularized and applied to through-hole construction and rapid drilling of large-diameter boreholes after blockage of large-diameter boreholes in coal mines.
