Optimization and application of coal mine bottom water nest drainage system

为降低陈四楼煤矿主副井底被淹的风险,提出了井底水窝排水系统双回路供电改造、自动控制系统优化、排水设施合理配置的优化方案。通过现场应用双回路馈电开关,利用其自动切换功能,实现排水系统配电点双回路供电网络;运用浮球开关灵活设置潜水泵开启顺序,并贯通水窝,使两仓互为备用,实现异常情况下4台水泵联合排水功能。实践证明,井底水窝排水系统优化方案应用良好,保障了主副井提升系统安全稳定运行,具有借鉴和推广意义。
In order to reduce the risk of flooding in the main and auxiliary shaft bottom of Chensilou Coal Mine, the optimization scheme of double circuit power supply transformation, automatic control system optimization and reasonable allocation of drainage facilities is put forward. Through the field application of double-circuit feed switch, using its automatic switching function, the double-circuit power supply network of the distribution point of the drainage system is realized. The floating ball switch is used to flexibly set the opening sequence of the submersible pump, and the water nest is connected to make the two warehouses standby to each other, so as to realize the joint drainage function of four pumps under abnormal conditions. Practice has proved that the optimization scheme of the bottom hole water nest drainage system is well applied, which ensures the safe and stable operation of the main and auxiliary shaft hoisting system, and has reference and promotion significance.
