Research on selection design of belt conveyor for No.15 coal in Wenjiazhuang Mine

随着温家庄矿15号煤采掘工作面的不断延伸,原有带式输送机无法满足新工作面的运输需求。因此,本文提出了2种技术改造方案,并通过经济分析和技术对比分析,选择采用2部带式输送机搭接运行的方案,并对新增的第三部带式输送机进行了详细的选型设计。实践表明,此次选择的设备科学合理,运行安全稳定,经济效益良好,为温家庄矿井15号煤的带式输送机选型设计提供了科学依据和技术支持。
With the continuous extension of No.15 coal mining face in Wenjiazhuang Coal Mine, the original belt conveyor can not meet the transportation needs of the new working face. Therefore, this paper proposes two kinds of technical transformation schemes, and through economic analysis and technical comparison analysis, the scheme of two belt conveyors is selected, and the new third belt conveyor is selected and designed in detail. The practice shows that the selected equipment is scientific and reasonable, the operation is safe and stable, and the economic benefit is good. It provides scientific basis and technical support for the selection and design of belt conveyor in No.15 coal seam of Wenjiazhuang Mine.
