Mechanical performance analysis of mine narrow rail vehicle connecting chain based on finite element calculation

本文以邢东矿φ32×140×60×3型窄轨车辆连接链为研究对象,对连接链检测工作中二倍最大静载荷实验的方法和评判标准进行了详细介绍,并利用有限元分析软件,对连接链的受力过程进行性能分析,查清了连接链检测工作中需要重点检查部位;通过建立不同链环直径的模型,表明伸长量与链环直径呈负相关。这些研究成果为连接链的强度设计提供了理论参考,同时也指导了检测工作。
This paper takes the connecting chain of φ32×140×60×3 narrow gauge vehicle in Xingdong Mine as the research object, and introduces the method and evaluation standard of double maximum static load experiment in the detection of connecting chain in detail. The finite element analysis software is used to analyze the performance of the force process of the connecting chain, and the key inspection parts in the detection of the connecting chain are found out. By establishing models of different chain ring diameters, it is shown that the elongation is negatively correlated with the chain ring diameter. These research results provide a theoretical reference for the strength design of the connecting chain, and also guide the detection work.
