Application study of concrete filled steel tube support in deep mine roadway with large deformation of Jiulong Mine

为解决九龙矿深井大变形巷道支护问题,以九龙矿-850 m轨道下山坡底巷道为研究对象,系统研究了该区域的工程地质特点,分析了采用U36型钢支架支护条件下巷道围岩产生大变形的原因。在对比U36型钢支架与φ194 mm×8 mm钢管混凝土支架承载能力的基础上,提出了一种以钢管混凝土支架技术为核心的支护方案。采用FLAC3D数值模拟分析方法,初步校核了支护方案的可行性。模拟结果显示,顶板的最大变形量减小至80 mm,两帮的最大变形量降至165 mm。实际工程应用表明,采用钢管混凝土支架支护技术能够保持巷道的长期稳定性。
In order to solve the problem of large deformation roadway support in the deep shaft of Jiulong Mine, the roadway at the bottom of the downhill slope of the -850m track of Jiulong Mine was taken as the research object, the engineering geological characteristics of the area was systematically researched, and the reasons for large deformation of the roadway periphery under the condition of adopting the U36-type steel bracket support was analyzed. On the basis of comparing the bearing capacity of U36 steel support and φ194×8mm steel pipe concrete support, a support scheme with steel pipe concrete support technology as the core was proposed. The feasibility of the support scheme was preliminarily calibrated using FLAC3D numerical simulation and analysis method. The simulation results showed that the maximum deformation of the roof plate was reduced to 80mm, and the maximum deformation of the two gangs was reduced to 165mm, and the actual engineering application showed that the steel pipe concrete support technology could effectively maintain the long-term stability of the roadway.
