Design and application of grouting reinforcement technology scheme for belt roadway of No.13 coal seam in Sunjiagou Mine

为保障孙家沟矿13号煤皮带巷长期安全稳定,综合运用矿压监测、工程类比等方法,开展13号煤皮带巷支护设计及矿压显现规律研究。但采用设计的锚网索梁联合支护方案掘巷期间,顶板出现严重的下沉破坏,离层问题突出,因此决定对顶板进行注浆加固。选择合适的注浆材料及参数,加固后消除了顶板下沉破坏现象,顶板离层量控制在设计允许范围内,取得良好的支护效果,实现了巷道围岩的长期稳定。
In order to ensure the long-term safety and stability of No.13 coal belt roadway in Sunjiagou Mine, the support design of No.13 coal belt roadway and the law of mine pressure appearance were studied by means of mine pressure monitoring and engineering analogy. However, during the excavation of the roadway with the designed anchor-mesh-cable-beam combined support scheme, the roof appeared serious subsidence damage and the separation problem was prominent. Therefore, it was decided to grout the roof. By selecting appropriate grouting materials and parameters, the phenomenon of roof subsidence is eliminated after reinforcement, and the amount of roof separation is controlled within the allowable range of design, which achieves good support effect and realizes the long-term stability of roadway surrounding rock.
