Flexible design of pipeline in reaction zone of styrene unit

针对反应器管道温度高,壁厚大,工况复杂,设备管口允许受力严苛的情况,本文选取苯乙烯装置中两类典型反应器,对其进出口管系及高温氮气吹扫管线进行柔性分析设计,通过优化管道方案及选取合适的弹簧支架,使管口受力达到允许受力的要求。针对多工况下弹簧支架的选型进行了分析比较,综合多个因素,选出管道设计最优方案。
In view of the high temperature of the reactor pipeline, the large wall thickness, the complex working conditions, and the severe stress allowed by the equipment nozzle.Two kinds of typical reactors in styrene plant were selected, and the flexible analysis and design of their inlet and outlet pipelines and high temperature nitrogen purge pipelines were carried out. By optimizing the pipeline scheme and selecting the appropriate spring support, the force of the nozzle could meet the requirements of allowable force. The selection of spring support under multiple working conditions was analyzed and compared, and the optimal scheme of pipeline design was selected by combining multiple factors.
