    煤矿生产中压滤一直是一项耗时的流程,因为微细颗粒会堵塞滤饼的微小空洞,使滤饼中的水分难以流出,所以压滤流程效率往往决定了整个浮选流行的效率。如何提高压滤流程的处理量,成为了煤炭洗选过程中的重大难题之一。本文主要探讨了新型助滤剂对多源水中煤泥沉降的影响,通过研究发现,新型絮凝剂能有效促进煤泥的沉降和过滤效率,其中Ca2+和PAMAM分别通过化学反应和物理吸附作用改善煤泥的脱水性。实验表明,助滤剂用量在电导率为6.5以上时效果最佳,且能减少浮选药剂用量,在实验室环境下对煤炭浮选过程有积极影响。新型助滤剂有广阔的前景,并会在推广实践中逐渐优化改进。

  • Abstract

     Pressure filtration has always been a time-consuming process in coal mine production. Because fine particles will block the tiny holes in the filter cake and make it difficult for the water in the filter cake to flow out, the efficiency of the pressure filtration process often determines the efficiency of the whole flotation. How to improve the processing capacity of the pressure filtration process has become one of the major problems in the coal washing process. This paper mainly discusses the influence of new filter aid on the sedimentation of coal slime in multi-source water. Through research, it is found that the new flocculant can effectively promote the sedimentation and filtration efficiency of coal slime. Among them, Ca 2+ and PAMAM improve the dewatering of coal slime through chemical reaction and physical adsorption respectively. The experiment shows that the dosage of filter aid is the best when the conductivity is above 6.5, and the dosage of flotation agent can be reduced, which has a positive impact on the coal flotation process in the laboratory environment. The new filter aid has broad prospects and will be gradually optimized and improved in the promotion practice.
