摘要
共享制造是传统制造业与先进信息技术有机融合的新型制造模式,是实现我国制造业现代化转型的有效途径。为了促进我国共享制造企业高质量发展,构建了共享制造企业高质量发展效率评估体系,基于DEA方法和DEA-Malmquist指数对2020—2022年我国34家共享制造企业的高质量发展效率进行了静态层面和动态层面的研究。研究结果表明,2020—2022年我国综合效率均值分别为0.850、0.865、0.881,纯技术效率均值分别为0.883、0.923、0.914,规模效率均值分别为0.961、0.933、0.961;2020—2022年,我国共享制造企业的全要素生产率均值为0.972,下降了2.8%;技术效率均值为1.010,上升了1.0%;技术进步指数均值为0.962,下降了3.8%。我国共享制造企业高质量发展受到纯技术效率的制约明显。研究从提高纯技术效率以及规模效率两方面,提出促进我国共享制造企业高质量发展的一些建议。

Abstract
Shared manufacturing is a new manufacturing model that integrates traditional manufacturing with advanced information technology, and is an effective way to achieve the modernization transforma- tion of China’ s manufacturing industry. In order to promote the high-quality development of shared manufacturing enterprises in China, this article constructs an evaluation system for the efficiency of high-quality development of shared manufacturing enterprises, and studies the efficiency of high-quality development of 34 shared manufacturing enterprises in China from 2020 to 2022 based on the DEA method and DEA Malmquist index on the static and dynamic levels. The research results show that from 2020 to 2022, the average comprehensive efficiency in China was 0. 850, 0. 865, and 0. 881, while the average pure technical efficiency was 0. 883, 0. 923, and 0. 914, and the average scale efficiency was 0. 961, 0. 933, and 0. 961, respectively; that from 2020 to 2022, the average total factor productivity of China’ s shared manufacturing enterprises was 0. 972, a decrease of 2. 8% ; the average technical effi- ciency is 1. 010, an increase of 1. 0% ; the average index of technological progress is 0. 962, a decrease of 3. 8% . The high-quality development of shared manufacturing enterprises in China is significantly constrained by pure technological efficiency. This article, From two aspects of improving pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency, finally proposes some suggestions to promote the high-quality develop- ment of shared manufacturing enterprises in China.
