Research and application of near-horizontal directional coring technology and supporting drilling tools

为了解决矿山精准精细地质勘查及基建工程前期勘查技术难题,基于绳索取心保直钻进轨迹偏斜机理,开发出水平定向取心钻孔保直与纠斜钻具组合、基于中空螺杆的定向绳索取心钻具组合。保直和孔底纠斜钻具在近水平取心钻进过程中交替使用,轨迹测量系统与2种钻具组合均可以配合使用,达到正常钻进保直、孔斜段进行孔底纠斜定向取心的效果;定向绳索取心钻具拟采用“中空螺杆+存储式测斜仪”实现绳索取心和孔内测斜纠斜同时进行,钻孔方向沿设定轨迹延伸,形成具备连续定向绳索取心钻探功能的钻具组合及方法。现场试验结果表明:深度325.1 m的1#钻孔轴向偏斜控制在2 m以内,钻孔保直与纠斜钻具组合进行水平定向取心钻进是可行的。
In order to solve the technical problems of accurate and fine geological exploration of mines and preliminary exploration of infrastructure projects, based on the deflection mechanism of rope coring straightening drilling trajectory, a combination of horizontal directional coring drilling straightening and tilt correction drilling tools, and a combination of directional rope coring drilling tools based on hollow screw were developed. Straightening and hole bottom correction drilling tools are used alternately in the process of near-horizontal coring drilling, and the trajectory measurement system can be used together with the combination of two drilling tools to achieve the effect of normal drilling straightening and hole bottom correction directional coring for hole oblique section; the directional rope coring drilling tool intends to use the “hollow screw + storage inclinometer” to realize the rope coring and the hole deviation measurement and correction at the same time, and the drilling direction extends along the set trajectory to form a drilling tool combination and method with continuous directional rope coring drilling function. The field test results show that the axial deviation of hole 1# at a depth of 325.1 m is controlled within 2 m, and it is feasible to carry out horizontal directional core drilling with the combination of hole straightening and deviation correction.
