    为研究二硝基重氮酚(DDNP)真空负压热风干燥法在自动化、连续化生产线中的应用,从真空度、烘干温度、烘干时间、化合方法等方面进行了试验研究。试验结果表明:真空负压热风干燥法在烘干温度为60~65℃和烘干时间为3.5~4.5h时最为理想,真空负压为-45~-35kPa,用自来水化合,不用酒精脱水,可实现DDNP起爆药配料、化合、烘干和药剂过筛的连续化、自动化生产,产生的废水实现达标排放。
  • Abstract
    In order to study the application of DDNP vacuum negative pressure hot air drying method in automatic and continuous production line, experimental study is carried out from aspects of vacuum degree, drying temperature, drying time and combination method. The study results show that when drying temperature is 60-65 ℃ and drying time is 3. 5- 4. 5 h, the vacuum negative pressure hot air drying method is the most ideal. Furthermore, when vacuum negative pressure is from - 45 to - 35 kPa, it is combined with tap water without alcohol dehydration, the continuous and automatic production of DDNP primary explosive can be realized in the process of ingredients, combination, drying and reagent screening, and generated wastewater can meet discharge standard.
