One-time excavation blasting construction technology for rock cofferdam of water intake pump station

为实现复杂爆破环境下取水泵站围堰一次爆破完成,基于水利水电工程中水平预裂爆破取消保护层的施工工艺,提出了边坡和底板采用预裂爆破、孔内装药采用径向不耦合与轴向不耦合的装药方式,降低主炮孔爆破振动对保护建筑物的振动影响,采用水平微倾斜炮孔防止爆碴向闸门一侧堆积。针对水平有水炮孔的堵塞难点,采用水泥锚固剂作为堵塞材料进行堵塞,利用水泥锚固剂的优良性能保证了炮孔的堵塞质量,解决了水平有水炮孔的冲孔危害。综合采用主动防护与被动防护相结合的方法,将爆破有害效应控制在安全允许范围之内。研究成果为类似工程的设计、施工提供参考。
In order to realize one-time blasting of the cofferdam of the water intake pumping station under complex blasting environment, based on the construction technology of removing the protective layer by horizontal pre-splitting blasting in the water conservancy and hydropower project, it is proposed to use pre-splitting blasting on the slope and bottom plate, and to use the radial decoupling and axial decoupling charging method in the hole to reduce the effect of blasting vibration by the main blasthole on the protective building. Horizontal micro-inclined blast holes are used to prevent the accumulation of blasting slag to the side of the gate. In view of the difficulty of blocking the horizontal water-contained blasthole, the cement anchoring agent is used as the blocking material to block the blasthole. The excellent performance of the cement anchoring agent ensures the blocking quality of the blasthole and solves the punching hazard of the horizontal water-contained blasthole. The method of combining active protection with passive protection is adopted to control the harmful effect of blasting within the allowable range of safety. The research results can provide a reference for the design and construction of similar projects.
