    为了解决煤矿井下无缓冲煤仓,煤流不均衡,带式输送机时而空载时而过载甚至压死带式输送机现象,利用AI技术对煤量进行识别,建立模型,对带式输送机进行智能调速,实现煤多快运煤少慢运,从而实现煤流均衡控制,杜绝了电能浪费和带式输送机过载情况。同时利用AI技术对煤流上异物进行识别,杜绝异物损伤输送带的情况。通过对煤流智能控制的研究,达到了煤流均衡生产、节能降耗、降低设备故障等效果。该控制系统在矿井煤流系统上具有推广意义。
  • Abstract
    In order to solve the problem of unbalanced coal flow and overloading or even crushing the beltconveyor when there is no buffer coal bin underground in coal mines, AI technology was used to identify the amountof coal, establish a model, and intelligently adjust the speed of the belt conveyor to achieve coal flow balancecontrol and eliminate electricity waste and belt conveyor overload. At the same time, AI technology was used toidentify foreign objects on the coal flow, preventing foreign objects from damaging the tape. Through the study ofintelligent control of coal flow, the effects of coal flow balance production, energy conservation and consumptionreduction, and equipment failure reduction have been achieved. This control system has promotional significance inthe coal flow system of mines.
