摘要
乌海能源公司老石旦煤矿以采掘设备5G融合技术创新应用为研究课题,以5G采掘智能控制系统研究与应用为主要内容,对采面运输系统(刮板机、转载机和带式输送机)5Ginside智能控制系统开展相关研究与应用。该项目对煤矿综采设备的5Ginside改造关键技术进行重点研究,针对煤矿井下5G特性,在满足原有功能的基础上,开发适合采面运输系统控制系统远程通信使用的5Ginside专用控制器,在真正意义上实现使刮板机、转载机和带式输送机控制系统具备5G功能。

Abstract
The Laoshidan Coal Mine of Wuhai Energy Company focuses on the innovative application of 5G fusiontechnology in mining equipment, with the research and application of 5G mining intelligent control system as themain content. It conducts relevant research and application on the 5G inside intelligent control system of the miningface transportation system ( scraper, transfer machine, and belt conveyor). This project focuses on the keytechnology of 5G inside transformation of coal mine comprehensive mining equipment. Based on the characteristicsof 5G underground in coal mines, a 5G inside dedicated controller suitable for remote communication of mining facetransportation system control system was developed on the basis of meeting the original functions, which trulyrealizes the 5G function of scraper conveyor, transfer machine and belt conveyor control system.
