摘要
针对斜沟煤矿矿井液压支架现有控制方式效率低、人员劳动强度大等问题,对现有液压支架进行了自动化改造,分析了支架控制系统总体方案及基本功能,选取了西门子PLCS7-200控制器、支架控制器和各类传感器等,采用RS485和CAN总线通信方式传输数据,可在煤矿井下恶劣环境中稳定运行。此外,系统设计了系统单架工作流程和顺序联动工作流程,实现了液压支架降移升循环的支架成组自动控制功能。结果表明,该系统有效降低了人力成本和设备故障率,每年节省人力成本及设备维护费用110万元,实测误差控制在10%以内,提高了系统的安全性和工作效率,对煤矿技术升级具有一定参考意义。

Abstract
In response to the problems of low efficiency and high labor intensity in the existing control methods ofhydraulic supports in Xiegou coal mine, automation transformation of the existing hydraulic supports was carriedout, the overall scheme and basic functions of the support control system were analyzed, Siemens PLC S7-200controller, support controller and various sensors were selected, and data through RS485 and CAN buscommunication methods was transmitted, which can operate stably in harsh environments underground in coalmines. In addition, the system has designed a single frame workflow and a sequential linkage workflow, realizingthe automatic control function of the hydraulic support’s lowering and lifting cycle by grouping the supports. Theresults showed that the system effectively reduced labor costs and equipment failure rates, saving 1. 1 million yuanin labor costs and equipment maintenance costs annually.The measured error was controlled within 10%,improving the safety and work efficiency of the system, and had certain reference significance for coal minetechnology upgrading.
