摘要
针对官庄河煤矿瓦斯抽采泵站设备频繁结垢的问题,采集水垢及水样样本,利用X射线衍射光谱(XRD)和化学物质含量测定等方法,分别对垢样、水样进行定性定量和含量分析,确定水垢物质组成及泵站循环水和新补水元素含量,并制定相应的综合治理方案:通过配制针对性清洗液进行在线清洗后,在循环水和新补水进水管路上安装高熵合金阻垢装置进行阻垢。通过现场应用结果验证,设备内部水垢清除彻底,加装阻垢装置后,清洗周期由3个月延长至1年,该方案为水垢防治提供了技术及装备支持。

Abstract
In response to the frequent scaling problem of gas extraction pump station equipment in GuanzhuangheCoal Mine, scale and water samples were collected. Qualitative and quantitative analysis of scale and water sampleswere carried out using X-ray diffraction spectroscopy (XRD) and chemical substance content determination methodsto determine the composition of scale substances and the content of circulating water and new makeup waterelements in the pump station. A corresponding comprehensive treatment plan was formulated: after online cleaningwith targeted cleaning solution, high entropy alloy scale inhibition devices were installed on the circulating waterand new makeup water inlet pipelines for scale inhibition. Through on-site application results verification, it wasfound that the scale inside the equipment was thoroughly removed. After installing a scale inhibition device, thecleaning cycle was extended from 3 months to 1 year. This solution provides technical and equipment support forscale prevention and control.
