摘要
在全球能源转型与“双碳”目标背景下,采煤行业正经历从传统机械化、自动化向智能化升级的关键阶段。文章详细阐述了国内外滚筒采煤机及其智能化发展历程:国外,以英国安德森公司、德国艾柯夫公司、美国久益公司为代表在采煤机及智能化方面取得了显著突破,尤其是在记忆截割和远程监控等技术领域;我国滚筒采煤机发展相对较晚,但近年来通过自主创新,在采煤机高端装备和智能化技术方面取得了一定的成果。文章从采煤机智能感知技术、智能控制技术、智能通讯技术以及智能诊断运维技术4个方面介绍了采煤机智能化关键技术,指出高效智能采煤机可靠性保障技术、智能化综采工作面高压供电技术、多源信息融合感知与交互技术、采煤机强人工智能技术、采煤工作面数字孪生技术以及采煤机组机器人化技术是未来采煤机的重要趋势,对我国煤矿智能化建设起到指导作用。

Abstract
Against the backdrop of global energy transition and the “dual carbon” goal of China, the coal mining industry is undergoing a pivotal shift from traditional mechanization and automation to intelligent systems in China. A comprehensive overview of the development of drum shearers and their intelligent technologies both domestically and internationally is given, which shows that, the leading manufacturers, such as Anderson (UK), Eickhoff (Germany), and Joy Global (USA), have achieved significant breakthroughs in shearer technology, particularly in memory cutting and remote monitoring; drum shearers in China, though started later, have achieved notable progress in recent years through independent innovation, particularly in high-end equipment and intelligent technologies. The key intelligent technologies of shearers are introduced across four areas: intelligent perception, intelligent control, intelligent communication, and intelligent diagnostic and maintenance technologies. The future trends are highlighted, such as high-efficiency intelligent shearer reliability assurance, intelligent high-pressure power supply systems for longwall mining, multi-source information fusion for perception and interaction, advanced artificial intelligence, digital twin technology for coalface operations, and the robotization of shearer systems. These insights provide crucial guidance for advancing shearer technology and driving the intelligent development of coal mining in China.
