    为了提升低阶煤浮选效果,选取了酯类捕收剂,包括油酸甲酯(MeO)、月桂酸甲酯(MeL)和苯甲酸戊酯(nAB),作为组成复合捕收剂的成分,通过煤泥单元浮选试验研究了复合捕收剂对鄂尔多斯地区长焰煤的浮选效果。同时,利用分子动力学方法探究了复合酯类捕收剂与长焰煤之间的微观相互作用机理。研究结果表明,相较于传统的煤油捕收剂,酯类复合捕收剂能够显著提高长焰煤的浮选效果。在相同捕收剂用量条件下,三元复合捕收剂MeO/MeL/nAB的浮选效果明显优于二元复合捕收剂MeO/nAB或MeO/MeL。分子动力学模拟结果显示,与二元复合捕收剂MeO/nAB或MeO/MeL相比,三元复合捕收剂MeO/MeL/nAB与煤模型之间的相互作用强度更高。
  • Abstract
    Ester collectors were selected, including methyl oleate ( MeO), methyl laurate ( MeL), and n - amyl benzoate (nAB), as components to compose composite collectors, and their flotation effects on long-flame coal in the Ordos region were investigated with coal slurry unit flotation experiments. Meanwhile, the molecular dynamics method was employed to explore the microcosmic interaction mechanisms between these ester collectors and long-flame coal. The results indicate that compared to traditional coal oil collectors, ester composite collectors significantly enhance the flotation efficiency of long-flame coal. Under the same collector dosage, the flotation performance of the ternary composite collector MeO/ MeL/ nAB is notably superior to that of the binary composite collectors MeO/ nAB or MeO/ MeL. Molecular dynamics simulation results demonstrate that compared to the binary composite collectors MeO/ nAB or MeO/ MeL, the interaction strength between the ternary composite collector MeO/ MeL/ nAB and the coal model is higher.
