摘要
为了解决石拉乌素矿井煤层埋藏深、油气煤炭共存、白垩系地层岩性较差且含水造成井筒施工难度大、地压大、煤层易自燃、生态脆弱环保压力大等诸多设计难题,提出“井田东部区域先采煤后采气,西部区域先采气后采煤”的统筹开发思路,同时采用优选工业场地位置和井筒布置、立井多水平开拓多煤层、创新井筒冻结技术、优选首采盘区和首采煤层、建立可靠灾防体系、矸石零排放等设计理念和方法。矿井建成投产运行表明,采取相应的措施后,立井开拓建设智能化、信息化、绿色、安全的现代化特大型矿井是可行的,可以为类似矿井设计和建设提供借鉴。

Abstract
In order to solve many design problems such as deep burial of coal seams, coexistence of oil, gas and coal, poor lithology and water content of Cretaceous strata causing difficulty in shaft construction, high ground pressure, high risk in coal seam spontaneous combustion, and ecological fragility and environmental pressure in Shila Wusu Coal Mine, multiple technical and economic comparisons, optimal industrial site location and shaft layout, innovative wellbore freezing technology, optimal first mining area, establishment of reliable disaster prevention system, zero discharge of gangue and other design concepts and methods were adopted. According to the construction and production verification, after taking corresponding measures, it is feasible to develop and construct a modern extra-large mine that is intelligent, information-based, green and safe. This design result can provide reference for the design and construction of similar mines.
