    为解决钻场硐室破坏窄煤柱完整性、充填开采成本高、施工工艺复杂、充填体强度达不到现场要求等问题,研究了高水材料浆液的高流动性和早强速凝特性,并通过实验室物理力学性质测定试验,获取了高水材料的各养护龄期下抗压强度、流动度和凝结时间等宏观工作性能,结果表明:选取高水材料水固比为2∶1,其配比在28d时充填体强度可达6.3MPa,料浆扩展度为461.5mm,凝结时间接近10min。并以三元福达矿15202工作面钻场硐室充填为研究背景,分别从注浆材料的选取、注浆工艺、现场应用三个方面对垮落区邻位注浆可行性进行了研究,最终采用高水材料对15202工作面钻场硐室垮落区进行邻位注浆,现场应用证明,高水材料邻位注浆工艺可为采空区注浆加固设计思路和施工提供有效依据,保证窄煤柱的稳定性和安全性。
  • Abstract
    In order to address the problems including the damage of the integrity of narrow coal pillar at the drilling field, the high cost of filling mining, the complex construction technology, and the lower strength of cemented backfill on the site, the selection of grouting materials, the grouting technology and the field practice were investigated and the feasibility of adjacent grouting at the caving areas was evaluated based on the background of the drilling field filling of working face in the Sanyuan Fuda Mine. The adjacent grouting with high - water material in caving area was put forward. The macroscopic mechanical properties such as the compressive strength, fluidity and setting time of the high-water materials were measured with the laboratory tests. The obtained results indicated that, the strength of high-water material after curing of days is up to 6. 3 MPa, and the slurry flow is 461. 5 mm, the setting time is around min when the water-solid ratio is 2∶1. The high- water material with higher fluidity can fill the drilling field. The early strength and rapid solidification characteristics make it condense in a short time. Field practice proved that the adjacent grouting technology with the high-water material can provide an effective reference for the design and construction of the grouting reinforcement in the drilling field, and maintain the stability and safety for the narrow coal pillar.
