    为研究近距离煤层上行开采安全可行性问题,以白庄煤矿7、8煤层为研究对象,通过理论分析、FLAC3D数值模拟以及工程实测,研究下部8煤层采动后覆岩导水裂隙发育范围以及裂隙带内不同层位下覆岩破坏规律。结果表明:理论分析计算及数值模拟验证下煤层工作面回采垮落带发育最大高度、覆岩裂隙带平均高度均小于煤层间距。结合现场实测,综合分析距8煤垂高7.3m内,为垮落带;垂高7.3~14.4m,透水量大于20L/min为严重破裂区;垂高14.4~21.2m,透水量在10~20L/min为一般开裂区;垂高21.2~29.6m,透水量在5~10L/min为微小开裂区;垂高大于29.6m,为弯曲下沉带。两煤层相距31.6m,7煤层处于8煤层开采裂隙带以外,小于微小开裂区注水漏失量5L/min,7煤层完整性受到损坏较小,因此,7、8煤层采用上行开采是安全、可行的。研究结论可为相关近距离煤层上行开采矿井提供借鉴。
  • Abstract
    To study the safety and feasibility of upward mining in contiguous seams, taking the and coal seams of Baizhuang Coal Mine as the research object, by means of theoretical analysis, FLAC numerical simulation, and engineering measurement, the development range of water-conducting fractures in overburden after mining in the lower coal seam and the failure law of underlying rocks in different layers in the fracture zone were studied. The theoretical analysis and numerical simulation verified that the maximum height of mining caving zone and the average height of overburden fracture zone are less than the spacing of coal seam. According to the field measurement, the caving zone is within 7. 3 m (vertical height) from the coal; the severely fractured zone is within 7. 3~ 14. 4 m, where the water permeability is greater than L/ min; the fractured zone is within 14. 4 ~ 21. 2 m, where the water permeability is 10~ 20 L/ min. the slightly fractured zone is within 21. 2~29. 6 m, where the water permeability is 5 ~ 10 L/ min; and the bend zone is over 29. 6 m from the coal. The two coal seams are 31. 6 m apart, and the coal is outside the slightly fractured zone of the coal, and the water leakage is less than L/ min, and coal seam integrity is less damaged. Therefore, it is safe and feasible to adopt upward mining in and coal seams. The research can provide reference for related upward mining of contiguous seams.
