摘要
针对装车站冲击产尘浓度高,且不易控制的问题,提出一种新型的软密封控尘系统,并通过数值模拟方法探究了新型通风系统下流场风流结构和粉尘质量浓度分布特征并与传统通风系统进行比对。结果表明:通过流场顶部提供上升气流,四周提供具有水平剪切力的诱导旋流的方式可以成功生成作用范围和气流强度可控的涡流场;相比于传统通风系统,软密封控尘系统可以有效降低流场中部区域内的静压值,使流场中部区域与流场外围空间产生较大的压差,对粉尘的轴向捕集距离延长了近1倍,更好地实现对粉尘的长距离捕集;在软密封控尘系统下粉尘浓度由107.14mg/m3降低至20.81mg/m3,说明该通风系统能够对无组织排放的粉尘进行有效地捕控。

Abstract
Aiming at the problem of high concentration and difficult control of dust in loading station, a new type of soft seal dust control system was proposed. The airflow structure and dust mass concentration distribution characteristics of the flow field under the new ventilation system were explored by numerical simulation method and compared with the traditional ventilation system. The simulation results show that the vortex field with controllable range of action and airflow intensity can be generated by providing updraft in the roof of the flow field and providing induced swirl with horizontal shear force around it. Compared with the traditional ventilation system, the soft seal dust control system effectively brings down the static pressure in the central region of the flow field, and produces a large pressure difference between the central region of the flow field and the outer space of the flow field. The axial capture distance of dust is almost doubled, and the long-distance capture of dust is better realized. According to the test, the dust concentration was reduced from 107. 14 mg/ m to 20. 81 mg/ m under the soft sealing dust control system, indicating that the ventilation system can effectively capture and control the unorganized dust emission.
