摘要
针对目前煤仓内部的仓壁损坏情况、仓内壁挂煤、仓内煤堆积、仓内环境参数等无法进行有效监测的痛点问题,研制了一款煤仓巡检机器人系统。应用实践证明,机器人通过搭载激光雷达、红外热像仪、高清摄像仪、矿用多参数传感器等多种高性能传感器,可实现异常情况自动报警功能,实现了煤仓内部安全状态从长期无人巡检到日常巡检的转变,单次巡检时间不超过30min,减员增效,提高了选煤厂智能化水平。

Abstract
In view of the pain points that cannot be effectively monitored in the current coal bunker wall damage, coal hanging on the bunker wall, coal accumulation in the bunker, and environmental parameters in the bunker, this paper proposes to develop a coal bunker inspection robot system. Application practice has proved that the robot can realize the automatic alarm function of abnormal situations by carrying a variety of high-performance sensors such as laser radar, infrared thermal imager, high-definition camera, mining multi-parameter sensor, etc. , and realize the transformation of the internal safety status of the coal bunker from long-term unmanned inspection to daily inspection. The single inspection time does not exceed minutes, reducing staff and increasing efficiency, and improving the intelligence level of the coal washing plant.
