Study on the influence of flotation water quality on the adsorption rate of collector and slime particles

为探究浮选水质对捕收剂-煤泥颗粒吸附率的影响,从Ca2+浓度、pH、水质硬度三个方面进行研究。采用1/3焦煤、肥煤与焦煤煤样进行试验,试验结果表明:随Ca2+浓度增大,捕收剂-煤泥吸附率总体呈降低趋势。这是由于随着Ca2+离子浓度增高界面处的离子数量也逐渐增加,界面处离子之间的距离相应减小,离子水和能力逐渐增强。不同煤种煤泥-捕收剂吸附率均随pH值增大,总体先增大后减小,峰值在pH=7附近。不同煤种煤泥与捕收剂吸附率随水质硬度增大而总体减小。随着水质硬度的增加导致煤泥颗粒ζ-电位的绝对值逐渐减小,这是由于水质硬度的升高会压缩煤粒周围双电层,降低煤粒在水中的ζ-电位,最终降低捕收剂-煤泥颗粒吸附率。
In order to explore the effect of flotation water quality on the adsorption rate of collector -slime particles, this paper studies from three aspects: Ca concentration, pH value and water hardness. Samples of 1/ 3 coking coal, fat coal and coking coal were used in the test. The results show that with the increase of Ca concentration, the adsorption rate of collector - slime decreases. This is because with the increase of Ca ion concentration, the number of ions at the interface increases, the distance between ions at the interface decreases correspondingly, and the interaction between ion hydration is enhanced. With the increase of pH value, the adsorption rate of slime-collector of different coal species increases first and then decreases, and the peak value is near pH= 7. The adsorption rates of different coal slime and collector decreased with the increase of water hardness. With the increase of water hardness, the absolute value of ζ-potential of coal slime particles decreases gradually. The increase of water hardness will compress the double electric layer around coal particles, reduce the ζ-potential of coal particles in water, and ultimately reduce the adsorption rate of collector and coal slime particles.
