采用传统选煤系统与智能技术相融合的方案,对选煤厂的智能化体系进行了深入研究与实施。该体系主要涉及到视频安全实时追踪、个性化智能配煤制造、设备维护的智能化管理、三维立体信息可视化收集与监管、详尽的信息整合与分析以及电力分配安全与数据集成等六大关键模块。通过对兴隆庄选煤厂智能化体系的规划与实施,实现了设备状态的自动检测,确保系统的高效、稳定运行。生产体系的智能调控以及工艺流程参数的智能化设置,优化了生产管理流程,大幅度降低了员工的工作强度,提高了生产效率。
We have conducted in - depth research and implementation on the intelligent system of the coal preparation plant by integrating traditional coal preparation systems with intelligent technology. This system mainly involves six key modules: real-time video security tracking, personalized intelligent coal blending manufacturing, intelligent management of equipment maintenance, three- dimensional information visualization collection and supervision, detailed information integration and analysis, and power distribution security and data integration. By planning and implementing the intelligent system of Xinglongzhuang Coal Preparation Plant, automatic detection of equipment status has been achieved to ensure the efficient and stable operation of the system. The intelligent regulation of the production system and the intelligent setting of process parameters have optimized the production management process, significantly reduced the workload of employees, and improved production efficiency.
