    介绍了一种带有移动颗粒床除尘装置的间接加热式旋转炉煤低温热解工艺及设备。为了提高旋转炉的加热面积,在旋转炉内加装高温列管,有效提高了炉内物料温度;为了解决高温油尘分离及管道堵塞问题,将移动颗粒床除尘技术应用在低阶煤热解煤气的净化装置上,除尘效益高达96%以上;开发的矢量浮动盘根密封装置,实现了旋转炉在高温下的动静密封。通过甘肃宏汇能源化工有限公司工业示范装置验证的结果表明:半焦产率66.21%,煤气产率25.79%,焦油产率8%,煤气中焦油和尘含量60mg/m3,回收焦油中的甲苯不溶物含量不大于2%。

  • Abstract

    This article introduces an indirect heating rotary furnace coal low-temperature pyrolysis process and equipment with a moving particle bed dust removal device. In order to increase the heating area of the rotary furnace, high-temperature tubes are installed inside the rotary furnace to effectively raise the temperature of the materials inside the furnace; In order to solve the problems of high-temperature oil dust separation and pipeline blockage, the mobile particle bed dust removal technology is applied to the purification device of low order coal pyrolysis gas, with a dust removal efficiency of over 96%; The developed vector floating disk root sealing device achieves dynamic and static sealing of the rotary furnace at high temperatures. The results verified by the industrial demonstration plant of Gansu Honghui Energy Chemical Co. , Ltd. show that the semi coke yield is 66. 21%, the gas yield is 25. 79%, the tar yield is 8%, the tar and dust content in the gas is mg/ m3, and the toluene insoluble content in the recovered tar is less than or equal to 2%.
