Polyoxymethylene (POM) is a high-density, highly crystalline thermoplastic engineering plastic and one of the five major engineering plastics. Due to its high elastic modulus, stiffness and hardness, as well as its excellent tensile strength, bending strength, creep resistance and fatigue resistance, it plays an important role in promoting the in-depth development of various fields in China, including industry and people5’ s livelihood.
