摘要
随着碳排放引起的气候变化问题日益凸显,国际社会对碳减排的关注度越来越高。我国作为世界上最大的碳排放国,在“双碳”目标背景下减碳形势更加严峻。煤炭是我国主要的一次能源,研究煤炭资源碳排放水平,探寻碳减排路径,对于达成“双碳”目标,助力发展环境友好型社会,推动我国可持续发展具有重要现实意义。基于此,首先以多维视角分析煤炭资源的消费现状与流动特征,识别煤炭资源消费的重要省份及关键行业;其次,基于生命周期理论对煤炭资源全生命周期进行阶段划分,进而构建出各阶段碳排放核算模型,通过模型运算分析,定量化估算煤炭资源在不同阶段的CO2排放水平;最后基于研究结论,提出了加快我国煤炭资源碳减排的几点建议。研究发现,我国煤炭资源全生命周期下的碳排放量主要来自于转换阶段和利用阶段,分别占煤炭资源排放总量的66.93%和22.35%,而开发阶段和运输阶段的排放量相对较少,其中开发阶段排放占比为10.69%,运输阶段排放占比仅为0.03%;2021年我国煤炭资源碳排放总量约为86.31亿t,相较2006年,煤炭资源碳排放总量增长了88.16%,须切实加大我国煤炭转换和利用环节的节能减排力度。

Abstract
With the increasing prevalence of climate change due to carbon emissions, the international community is paying more attention to carbon reduction. As the world's largest carbon emitter, in the context of the "dual carbon" goal, carbon reduction is becoming more severe. Coal is the main primary energy in China, it is of great practical significance to develop an environmentally friendly society and help China develop sustainably by studying its carbon emission efficiency level and ways of optimizing efficiency. Accordingly, this paper analyzes the consumption status and flow characteristics of coal resources from a multi-dimensional perspective, the key provinces and industries involving coal resources consumption were preliminarily identified. Secondly, based on life cycle theory, the full life cycle of coal resources was divided into four stages, the carbon emission of each stage is constructed, and the carbon dioxide emission of coal resources in different stages is estimated. Finally, based on the research results, practical suggestions are put forward to promote carbon emission reduction of coal resources. In this study, carbon emissions from coal resources throughout the full life cycle are mainly attributed to their conversion and utilization stages, which account for 66.93% and 22.35% respectively. Emissions from the development and transportation stages are relatively small, with the development stage contributing 10.69% and the transportation stage contributing 0.03%. Based on the full life cycle of coal resources, taking the year of 2021 as an example, China's carbon emissions were 8631.69Mt , which was an increase of 88.16% from 2006.
