近年来,数字经济的快速发展为工业企业提供了新的发展机遇,其不仅在提高生产效率和创新商业模式方面展现出巨大潜力,还在优化能源使用、提升能源效率方面具有重要作用。基于2011—2021年中国各省份数据,构建了数字经济发展评价指标体系,测算出中国各省份数字经济的指数。并通过构建固定效应模型,检验数字经济对能源效率的影响。研究发现数字经济对中国工业企业能源效率产生显著正向影响,数字经济指数每提升1,能源效率会提升3.721,通过一系列稳健性检验结论依然成立。异质性分析表明数字经济对我国东部省份能源效率的影响并不显著,对产业结构升级区域工业企业影响较大。因此,建议应当在注重数字经济水平本身提升的同时兼顾产业结构的优化和区域差异化的调整,从而在整体上提高中国工业企业的数字化水平,帮助企业更好地适应数字经济时代的发展需求,实现可持续发展,实现经济、社会和环境的协调发展。

In recent years, the rapid development of digital economy has provided new development opportunities for industrial enterprises, which not only shows great potential in improving production efficiency and innovating business models, but also plays an important role in optimizing energy use and enhancing energy efficiency. Based on the data of each province in China from 2011 to 2021, this paper constructs a comprehensiveevaluation index system of digital economic development, and calculates the index of digital economy for each province in China. By constructing a fixed effect model, the study examines the impact of digital economy on energy efficiency. The research finds that digital economy has a significant positive impact on the energy efficiency of industrial enterprises in China, and that the energy efficiency will increase by 3.721% for every 1% increase in the digital economy index. After a series of robustness tests, the conclusion remains unchanged. The heterogeneity analysis shows that the impact of digital economy on energy efficiency in eastern provinces is not significant, while it has a greater impact on industrial enterprises in regions with upgraded industrial structure. Therefore, it is suggested that while paying attention to the level of digital economy itself, efforts should also be made to optimize the industrial structure and adjust regional differences, thus improving the overall digitalization level of Chinese industrial enterprises and helping them better adapt to the development needs of the digital economy era, achieving sustainable development, and achieving coordinated development of economy, society and environment.
