摘要
探讨绿色创新驱动下的碳排放绩效提升,基于中国270个城市的面板数据,研究了绿色专利授权总量对碳排放绩效的影响,并分析了研发支出在其中的中介作用。研究结果表明,绿色创新显著提升了碳排放绩效,验证了绿色创新在实现“双碳”目标中的关键作用。通过采用多种计量方法,包括固定效应模型、中介效应模型和分位数回归,揭示了绿色创新通过研发支出和数字经济等变量所产生的间接效应。此外,异质性分析显示,东部和中西部、长江经济带地区在绿色专利对碳排放绩效的影响上存在显著差异,反映出区域经济发展水平和政策环境的不同。最后,针对不同分位点提出相应的政策建议,以期为中国实现可持续发展目标提供理论支持和实践指导。

Abstract
This paper explores the enhancement of carbon emissions performance driven by green innovation, based on panel data from 270 cities in China. It studies the impact of total green patent grants on carbon emissions performance and analyzes the mediating role of R & D spending. The research findings show that green innovation significantly enhances carbon emissions performance, verifying the key role of green innovation in achieving the"dual carbon" goal.By employing variouseconometric methods, including fixed effects models, mediating effect models, and quantile regression, the paper reveals the indirect effects of green innovation through R&D spending and digital economy, etc. Furthermore, the heterogeneity analysis shows that there are significant differences in the impact of green patents on carbon emissions performance between the eastern and western regions and the Yangtze River Economic Belt, reflecting different levels of economic development and policy environments in different regions. Finally, the paper proposes corresponding policy recommendations for different quantile points to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for China to achieve sustainable development goals.
