摘要
技术创新具有减排和提率的双重潜力,是实现能源企业绿色低碳转型的关键手段。选取2010—2021年中国能源行业A股上市公司数据,使用超效率SBM模型测算能源企业碳排放效率,并分析企业技术创新与碳排放效率的关系。结果表明:① 技术创新有效促进能源企业碳排放效率的提高;② 加强环境规制水平、优化人力资本和降低能源强度能增强技术创新的提率能力;③ 伴随着环境规制、人力资本和能源强度跨过门槛值后,技术创新对碳排放效率的促进作用呈现跃升现象;④技术创新对碳排放效率的影响具有企业产权异质性和企业规模异质性。

Abstract
Technological innovation has the dual potential of emission reduction and rate improvement, and is a key means to achieve green and low-carbon transformation of energy enterprises. Select data from A-share listed companies in China's energy industry from 2010 to 2021, use the super efficiency SBM model to calculate the carbon emission efficiency of energy enterprises, and analyze the relationship between enterprise technological innovation and carbon emission efficiency.The results indicate that:① Technological innovation effectively promotes the improvement of carbon emission efficiency in energy enterprises. ② Strengthening environmental regulations, optimizing human capital, and reducing energy intensity can enhance the rate of technological innovation.③ With environmental regulations, human capital, and energy intensity crossing threshold values, the promoting effect of technological innovation on carbon emission efficiency has shown a significant leap.④ The impact of technological innovation on carbon emission efficiency exhibits heterogeneity in corporate property rights and scale.
