    随着“双碳”目标升级为国家战略,煤电作为发电行业减碳的重中之重,火电厂在碳排放量的限制上面临巨大的考验。针对火电生产中的碳排放问题及成本控制要求,构建了一个融合碳排放与经济性分析的双层规划配煤优化模型策略,该优化致力于寻求环境影响降低与成本节约之间的最佳平衡点,确保决策过程的系统性和多维评估,为火电厂管理层提供了切实可行的配煤策略。通过对贵州某火电厂常用的10种单煤掺烧仿真优化结果表明,在考虑一定的经济利益下,该优化策略最大可以提升火电机组发电效率4%,有效降低碳排放6.6%,为火电行业响应国家“双碳”战略、推进低碳、高效发电转型提供了新的方法。
  • Abstract
    With the upgrading of the "dual carbon" target to a national strategy,coal-fired power plants,as the top priority for reducing carbon emissions in the power generation industry,face enormous challenges in limiting carbon emissions.In response to the carbon emission issues and cost control requirements in thermal power production,the paper constructs a bi-level programming coal blending optimization model strategy that integrates carbon emissions and economic analysis.This optimization aims to find the optimal balance between reducing environmental impact and saving costs,ensuring systematic and multi-dimensional evaluation of the decision-making process,and providing practical coal blending strategies for the management of thermal power plants. The simulation optimization results of 10 commonly used single coal co firing strategies in a thermal power plant in Guizhou show that,considering certain economic benefits,this optimization strategy can improve the power generation efficiency of the thermal power unit by up to 4% and effectively reduce carbon emissions by 6.6%,providing a new method for the thermal power industry to respond to the national "dual carbon" strategy and promote low-carbon and efficient power generation transformation.
