    数字技术的颠覆性突破可推动生产力实现质态跃迁,对新质生产力的发展至关重要。从数字技术赋能新质生产力的理论内涵出发,系统分析数字技术与新质生产力之间的内在机理,基于2012—2022年中国省级面板数据,构建新质生产力测度指标, 利用机器学习方法刻画数字技术发展水平,在构建计量模型的基础上实证考察了数字技术对新质生产力的影响及其机理。研究发现,数字技术对新质生产力的发展具有显著正向影响作用,内生性和稳健性检验保证了结论的有效性;机制分析表明,创新效应、产业结构升级效应、要素配置效应在其中发挥了中介作用;数字技术对新质生产力的影响具有明显的异质性,在东部区域和沿海区域,数字技术对新质生产力的影响更加显著。上述发现揭示了数字技术对新质生产力之间的影响特点以及内在传导机制,拓展丰富了相关领域的研究成果,为设计、完善相关政策措施提供了数据参考。
  • Abstract
    The disruptive breakthrough of digital technology can promote the qualitative transition of productivity, which is crucial to the development of new quality productivity. Starting from the theoretical connotation of digital technology enabling new quality productivity, the internal mechanism between digital technology and new quality productivity is systematically analyzed. Based on China's provincial panel data from 2012 to 2022, thenew quality productivity measurement index is constructed, and the development level of digital technology is described by machine learning method. On the basis of constructing the econometric model, the influence of digital technology on new quality productivity and its mechanism are investigated empirically. It is found that digital technology has a significant positive effect on the development of new quality productivity, and the endogeneity and robustness test ensure the validity of the conclusion. The mechanism analysis shows that innovation effect, industrial structure upgrading effect and factor allocation effect play mediating roles. The impact of digital technology on new quality productivity has obvious heterogeneity, and the impact of digital technology on new quality productivity is more significant in the eastern region and the coastal region. The above findings reveal the influence characteristics and internal transmission mechanism between digital technology and new quality productivity, expand and enrich the research results in related fields, and provide data reference for designing and improving relevant policies and measures.
