摘要
新质生产力为虚拟电厂的发展提供技术基础和创新驱动力,虚拟电厂则是新质生产力在能源领域的重要应用载体和实践范例,其在新质生产力背景下展现出独特意义。从经济、环境、社会3个维度分析影响虚拟电厂综合效益的因素,确定评估指标体系,运用HFLTS-AHP方法确定权重,构建评估模型,通过实例计算虚拟电厂综合效益。结果表明:计划完成率、内部收益率、绿电出售数量、综合供电可靠率以及电网频率合格率5个指标的权重尤为突出,对虚拟电厂的综合效益影响重大,优化上述关键指标,可以提升虚拟电厂自身的竞争力,促进其高质量发展。

Abstract
New quality productivity provides technical basis and innovation driving force for the development of virtual power plant, and virtual power plant is an important application carrier and practice example of new quality productivity in the field of energy, which shows unique significance under the background of new quality productivity. This paper analyzes the factors affecting the comprehensive benefit of virtual power plant from three dimensions of economy, environment and society, determines the evaluation index system, uses HFLTS-AHP method to determine the weight, builds the evaluation model, and calculates the comprehensive benefit of virtual power plant through examples. The results show that: "plan completion rate", "internal rate of return", "quantity of green electricity sold", "integrated power supply reliability rate" and "grid frequency qualification rate" are particularly prominent, and have a significant impact on the comprehensive benefit of virtual power plants. Optimizing the above key indicators can improve the competitiveness of virtual power plants and promote their high-quality development. The conclusion can be used for reference to measure the comprehensive benefit of virtual power plant and provide theoretical basis for further research in the field of energy.
