南屯煤矿作为资源枯竭矿井,采煤工作面多数为不规则布置,“刀把型”综采工作面回采期间除需进行工作面设备对接外,还需将对接侧巷道超前支护设备进行撤除、安装,增加工作面对接时间和安全风险。为减少工作面对接时间及安全风险,在93下21工作面优化巷道支护设计和超前支护方案。结果表明,使用单元支架进行超前支护巷道最大变形量仅为210mm,能够实现提前1d完成工作面对接,为相似工作面回采巷道超前支护提供一定的借鉴。

Abstract
As a resource depleted mine, the majority of the coal mining working faces in Nantun Coal Mine are irregularly arranged. During the stoping period of the "knife handle" type fully mechanized mining face, in addition to the docking of the working face equipment, the advanced support equipment for the docking side roadway needs to be removed and installed, increasing the working face docking time and safety risks. In order to reduce working face docking time and safety risks, the roadway support design and advanced support scheme are optimized in the 93working face. The results show that the maximum deformation amount of the advanced support roadway using unit supports is only 210 mm, which can achieve the completion of the working face docking 1 day in advance, providing a certain reference for the advanced support of similar working face stoping roadways.
