摘要
智能管理综合管理平台是矿山企业高度集约化、智能化以及平台化的现实需求,针对现阶段煤矿智能化建设过程中多以单系统应用居多,存在“数据孤岛”“信息壁垒”等诸多问题,郭家湾煤矿通过搭建智能一体化综合管理框架的思路,将新一代信息技术云计算、人工智能、大数据、物联网以及智能控制等与矿山安全生产、监测管控、运营决策等业务深度融合,提出了在不同层面将信息子系统综合集成、纵向关联、融合创新的矿山智能综合管理平台,规划了智能化管理平台的定位、架构、关键技术,实现了郭家湾煤矿建设透明矿山、智能矿山的需求。研究成果对提高企业集约化管控,减少非必要性停产,保障安全生产具有重要意义。
Abstract
The intelligent management comprehensive management platform is a practical requirement for mine enterprises highly intensification, intelligent, and platformization. In response to the current stage when single system applications are mostly used in the intelligent construction process of coal mines, there existing many problems such as "data isolated islands" and "information barriers", etc. Guojiawan Coal Mine through an idea of constructing an intelligent integrated comprehensive management framework, deeply integrating new generation information technologies such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, big data, Internet of Things, intelligent control and so on with mine safety production, monitoring and management and control, operational decision-making, and other businesses. A mine intelligent comprehensive management platform that comprehensively integrates, vertically correlates, and integrates and innovates information subsystems at different levels is proposed. The positioning, architecture, and key technologies of the intelligent management platform are planned, achieving the demand for construction of transparent mine and intelligent mine in Guojiawan Coal Mine. The research results are of great significance for improving enterprise intensive management and control, reducing unnecessary production stoppages, and ensuring safety production.
