摘要
针对传统注浆封孔装置在破碎煤岩体巷道围岩注浆时存在封孔效果差、注浆压力低等问题,以寺河煤矿5310综采工作面回风巷为工程背景,基于破碎煤岩体巷道围岩特性,揭示了破碎围岩封孔注浆机理,设计了新型气动式注浆封孔装置,优化了注浆封孔装置结构尺寸参数并进行了现场工业性试验。试验结果显示:采用新型气动式注浆封孔装置后,注浆速度快,浆液无回流现象,89%的钻孔最终注浆压力值分布在2.9~3.4MPa之间,比传统棉纱封孔注浆压力值提升近4倍,对破碎围岩裂隙封堵固结有明显的效果,有效提升了巷道围岩的完整性。

Abstract
In response to the problems of poor hole sealing effect, low grouting pressure and others of traditional grouting and hole sealing devices during grouting in roadway surrounding rock of broken coal rock mass, taking the return air roadway of the 5310 fully mechanized mining face in Sihe Coal Mine as the engineering background, based on the characteristics of the roadway surrounding rock of the broken coal rock mass, the mechanism of hole sealing and grouting of the broken surrounding rock is revealed, and a new pneumatic type grouting and hole sealing device is designed. The structural and dimensional parameters of the grouting and hole sealing device are optimized, and on-site industrial tests are conducted. The experimental results show that after using the new pneumatic type grouting and hole sealing device, the grouting speed is fast, and there is no backflow phenomenon of the slurry. 89% of the boreholes have a final grouting pressure value distribute between 2.9-3.4 MPa, which is nearly four times higher than the traditional cotton yarn hole sealing and grouting pressure value. It has a significant effect on plugging and consolidating the cracks in the broken surrounding rock, effectively improving the integrity of the roadway surrounding rock.
