摘要
为解决红山煤矿巷道掘进的现有设备装备落后、设备正常使用周期短、故障率高、环境适应度低、严重影响掘进施工进度的问题,结合现场实际,制定合理方案,采取可靠措施,在保证岩巷的施工安全和质量前提下,采用“EBZ260M-2掘锚机+相配套的DWZY1000/1000型带式输送机用自移机尾”新的配套生产线,在缓坡副斜井及一水平中央辅助运输上山掘进施工应用中,生产进度取得明显成效,提高了施工效率,缩短了工期,在缓坡副斜井基岩段最高进尺达到180m/月,超过煤炭行业岩巷综掘平均进尺120m/月;在一水平中央辅助运输上山施工过程中,克服顶板松软、小构造、底板遇水泥化等不利影响,创出了岩石斜巷月进尺200m的新记录,实现巷道安全快速掘进,提升矿井整体施工水平。

Abstract
In order to solve the problems of outdated equipment and device, equipment short normal service life, high failure rate, low environmental adaptability, which seriously influence the excavation construction progress of roadway excavation in Hongshan Coal Mine, a reasonable scheme is formulated combined with the actual site situation, and reliable measures are taken. On the premise of ensuring the construction safety and quality of the rock roadway, a new supporting production line of "EBZ260M-2 anchor excavator+matching self moving machine tail for the using of DWZY1000/1000 type belt conveyor" is adopted. In the application of gentle slope auxiliary inclined shaft and one horizontal central auxiliary transportation up the mountain excavation construction, significant results are achieved in production progress, construction efficiency is improved, and the construction period is shortened. The highest footage in the bedrock section of the gentle slope auxiliary inclined shaft reaches 180 m/month, exceeding the average footage of rock roadway comprehensive excavation in the coal industry by 120 m/month; During the construction process of the one horizontal central auxiliary transportation up the mountain, the adverse effects of soft roof, small structure, and floor argillization when encounters water are overcome, and set a new record of a monthly footage of 200 m of rock inclined roadway, achieving safe and rapid excavation of the roadway and improving the overall construction level of the mine.
