    南屯煤矿93下21工作面面内老巷较多,为保证工作面回采期间安全顺利通过老巷,回采前对同层老巷采取了充填、施工锚网索方式进行加固,对穿层老巷下伏区段采取了施工木垛方式处理,对下伏老巷采取了充填方式处理。回采期间,采取预刹刀、快速推进可以保证工作面安全顺利通过同层老巷;创建了“探查→充填→验证→再充填再验证”的下伏老巷通过方法,应用该方法可以保证工作面安全顺利通过同层老巷。
  • Abstract
    There are many old roadways inside the 9321 working face of Nantun Coal Mine. In order to ensure the safe and smooth passage of the working face through old roadways during the stoping period, the old roadways in the same layer are reinforced by using ways of filling and construction anchor net cables before stoping. The underlying section of the through layer old roadways is treated by adopting method of construction wood crib, and the underlying old roadways are treated by using filling method. During the stoping period, the use of pre-braking knives and rapid advancement can ensure the safe and smooth passage of the working face through the same layer old roadways; A method of "exploration → filling → verification → re-filling and re-verification" is created for passing through the underlying old roadway, by applying this method, the safe and smooth passage of the working face through the same layer old roadways can be ensured.
