密集钻孔作用下底抽巷破碎围岩控制技术的实践

    针对中马村矿3908运输底抽巷在密集钻孔抽采活动中出现围岩变形和破碎问题,设计实施一种创新的“顶板全锚索支护+定点预注浆+喷浆”的联合支护围岩控制技术,在顶板和巷帮应用全锚索支护与定点预注浆技术,减少抽采钻孔扰动,采用喷浆封闭裸露围岩,减少风化和水化风险。实施结果显示,巷道变形量减少86%,显著提升了巷道的安全稳定性。
  • Abstract
    In response to the problems of surrounding rock deformation and fragmentation occur during dense drilling and drainage activities in the 3908 transportation bottom pumping roadway of Zhongmacun Mine, an innovative joint support and surrounding rock control technology of "roof full anchor cable support+fixed-point pregrouting+shotcrete" is designed and implemented. The full anchor cable support and fixed-point pregrouting technology are applied to the roof and roadway sides to reduce drainage and drilling disturbance, and the exposed surrounding rock is sealed by adopting shotcrete to reduce weathering and hydration risks. The implementation results show that the deformation amount of the roadway decreases by 86%, significantly improving the safety and stability of the roadway.
