摘要
针对榆树井煤矿1205工作面胶运巷富水软岩回采巷道巷帮滑移失稳控制难题,采用现场实测和数值模拟相结合的研究方法,揭示富水软岩回采巷道巷帮滑移诱发围岩失稳机理,提出巷帮强化支护技术并进行了现场试验。结果表明:1205工作面胶运巷主要破坏特征为巷帮下部发生破坏,因巷道为半煤岩巷,软岩遇水膨胀挤出破坏了原有的支护结构,导致巷帮下部岩体沿煤岩界面鼓出形成825mm宽斜坡;影响榆树井煤矿软岩巷道围岩失稳破坏的主要影响因素包括围岩强度、煤岩界面和采动影响;采用强化支护方案后,巷道表面变形量相比原方案显著减小,解决了软岩回采巷道巷帮滑移失稳等问题,巷道变形得到了有效控制,保障了工作面安全高效生产。

Abstract
In view of the difficult problem of controlling the roadway side slippage and instability of the rich water soft rock stoping roadway in the 1205 working face transportation roadway of Yushujing Coal Mine, a research method combining on-site measurement and numerical simulation is adopted to reveal the mechanism of surrounding rock instability induced by the slippage of the roadway side in the water rich soft rock stoping roadway. A strengthened support technology for the roadway side is proposed and on-site experiments are conducted. The results show that the main failure characteristic of the 1205 working face transportation roadway is the failure of the lower part of the roadway side. As the roadway is a semi coal rock roadway, the soft rock expands and squeezes out when it encounters water, damaging the original support structure, causing the rock mass in the lower part of the roadway side to bulge out along the coal rock interface and form an 825 mm wide slope; The main factors affecting the instability and failure of the surrounding rock in the soft rock roadway of Yushujing Coal Mine include the strength of the surrounding rock, the coal rock interface, and the impact of mining; After adopting the strengthened support scheme, the surface deformation amount of the roadway is significantly reduced compares to the original scheme, solving the problems of slippage and instability of the roadway side in soft rock stoping roadway and others. The deformation of the roadway is effectively controlled, ensuring safe and efficient production of the working face.
